Abstract: Socialist core values lead the construction of college students’ network civilization, which is conducive to the cultivation of college students’ sense of social responsibility and the all-round development of college students. In the construction of network civilization, college students have some problems such as weak sense of responsibility and lack of self-discipline. Colleges and universities should lead the construction of college students’ network civilization with socialist core values, innovate the education mode and cultivate college students’ network literacy.
