Abstract:
Due to the particularity of their own existence, college students from poor families are more psychologically vulnerable under the employment pressure. They belong to the vulnerable groups in the employment competition of graduates, and they are the objects that colleges and universities need to give education guidance, care, and key assistance to in the employment work. The employment weakness of students from poor families is mainly affected by their own psychology, traditional employment concept, employment mechanism of colleges and universities and the social employment system. Colleges and universities should guide students from poor families to have a correct understanding of themselves and a clear employment direction, so as to achieve employment goals smoothly, help these students better realize their personal values and achieve social stability and sustained and sound economic performance.
