Abstract: College counselors and teachers of specialized courses are the backbone of college education. Under the new situation, colleges should build a long-term cooperative education mechanism between counselors and teachers of specialized courses, give full play to the role of the two education teams, promote the two to reach a consensus of cooperative education, form a synergy of education and enhance the comprehensive quality of college students.
