Abstract: The Party organization of secondary departments and colleges in universities should take moral cultivation as the root, ability cultivation as the main line, and the responsibility cultivation as the foothold. The Party Committee of the School of Electronic Engineering and Intelligent Manufacturing of Anqing Normal University focuses on the ideal youth, follows the scientific thinking, and gives play to the ideological guidance of the Party organization. It focuses on the ability of young people, pay attention to the overall coordination, give play to the driving force of the development of Party organization. It focuses on the responsibility of young people, strengthen internal and external interaction, give play to the social appeal of the Party organization, and fully play the role of leader, organizer and service provider in the cultivation of the "three good" new youth, so as to give play to the political core role of the Party organization in the whole process of talent training.
