Abstract:
Guided by the practical problems of physical education teaching, this paper uses literature analysis method and expert interview method to design physical fitness courses for ordinary university students, and conducts empirical research. The results show that the physical fitness course for ordinary university students can effectively improve the standing long jump and 50-meter performance of them. It is suggested that universities should set up physical fitness courses for ordinary university students to enrich the structure of university physical education courses, help students master scientific fitness methods, and provide support for the realization of lifelong physical education goals.
