Abstract: The practical teaching of ideological and political courses and labor education in colleges and universities have common goals, contents and means, and both of them have practical characteristics and similar problems with the current situation of development. Exploring and constructing a "four-in-one" integration mechanism of practical teaching of ideological and political courses and labor education at the level of implementing institutions, teaching staff, practical courses and practical education bases is helpful to enhance the collaborative education force of colleges and universities in the new era.
