Abstract: The employment guidance work in universities is in the same direction with the concept of three comprehensive education. In view of the problems in the employment guidance work in universities, such as the lack of joint efforts, the lack of continuity of whole-process education and the weak effectiveness of all-round education, it is necessary to build a full-staff, whole-process and all-directional employment guidance work system in universities and give full play to the role of counselors in three comprehensive education, form joint efforts with teachers of specialized courses, follow the rules of student growth, implement whole-process employment guidance and carry out all-round employment guidance at the same time so as to effectively improve the competitiveness of students' employment.
