Abstract:
Most of the rehabilitation design practices of garden plants in China still stay in the single level of visual effect construction, lacking the systematic construction of plant system. In order to give full play to the age-friendly rehabilitation effect of garden plants, it is necessary to construct a multi-level plant perception system that supports the “five senses” experience of the elderly, a horticultural activity system that supports the participation of the elderly, and a plant space system that supports the diversified behavioral needs of the elderly. With the systematic connection and combination of three types of plant design systems as the core, it explores the deep development ways of garden plants in rehabilitation landscape in order to meet the physiological and psychological rehabilitation needs of the elderly.
