基于满意度的企业员工职业素养培训效果提升研究

Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Employee Professionalism Training in Enterprises Based on Satisfaction Level

  • 摘要: 以某企业两期员工职业素养培训的174名学员为研究对象,构建一个三层次职业素养培训满意度评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对职业素养培训满意度进行综合评价和对比分析。结果显示:职业素养培训总体满意度较高,培训课程、师资水平、培训组织、培训服务等满意度相对较高,培训环境满意度比较高。但在三级评价因子层中,存在较不满意与满意度较低的因子。在此基础上,提出提升职业素养培训效果的策略。

     

    Abstract: Taking 174 trainees of two phases of employee vocational literacy training of an enterprise as the research object, we construct a three-level vocational literacy training satisfaction evaluation index system, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of vocational literacy training satisfaction. The results show that the overall satisfaction of vocational literacy training is high, the satisfaction of training courses, teacher level, training organization and training services is relatively high, and the satisfaction of training environment is relatively satisfactory. However, in the three-level evaluation factor layer, there are more dissatisfied and less satisfied factors. On this basis, the strategic path to improve the effect of vocational literacy training is proposed.
