Abstract: It is of great significance for colleges and universities to insist on shaping people by aesthetic education and strengthening aesthetic education to cultivate college students’ aesthetic consciousness, improve their aesthetic ability and moral quality, and shape their sound personality. Some colleges and universities still have problems such as lack of deep understanding of shaping people by aesthetic education, unscientific curriculum, lack of teachers, and imperfect guarantee of aesthetic education. Colleges and universities should firmly establish the awareness of shaping people by aesthetic education under the premise of following the laws of aesthetic education, improve the curriculum system of shaping people by aesthetic education, strengthen the construction of aesthetic education teachers and improve the all-round guarantee of aesthetic education, and strive to create a good environment for the realization of shaping people by aesthetic education.
