Abstract:
Noble and bottom-line teacher ethics are the two value orientations of teaching morality construction, which are mutually inter-growth, integrated and complementing each other. In reality, it’s no good for the completion of teaching morality construction by single promotion of noble teacher ethics or bottom-line teacher ethics.The value orientation of teaching morality construction should be the unity of ideal and reality, the combination of guidance and restraint,and the transformation from heteronym to self-discipline. Through the joint efforts of education evaluation, assessment supervision, and institutional security, harmony coexistence of noble and bottom-line teacher ethics can be achieved by promoting value integration between noble teacher ethics and bottom-line teacher ethics, hierarchical construction of teaching morality and individual moral consciousness,
