Abstract:
By integrating task-technology fit theory and technology acceptance model, this study constructs a mechanism model to examine the influence of organizational flexible work supply willingness. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey, followed by empirical analysis. The study explores the interrelationships between job suitability, employee competence, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and organizational flexible work supply willingness, aiming to clarify the mechanisms behind the formation of organizational flexible work supply. Based on the research findings, policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of flexible work in Chinese enterprises.
