变革环境下组织柔性工作供给的促进策略研究

Research on the Promotion Strategy of Organizational Flexible Work Supply in the Changing Environment

  • 摘要: 整合任务技术匹配理论和技术接受模型,构建组织柔性工作供给意愿影响机制模型,通过问卷调查收集数据并进行实证分析,探析岗位适合性、员工胜任性、感知有用性与感知易用性以及组织柔性工作供给意愿之间的相互关系,厘清组织柔性工作供给的形成机制。在研究结论的基础上,提出促进我国企业柔性工作发展的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: By integrating task-technology fit theory and technology acceptance model, this study constructs a mechanism model to examine the influence of organizational flexible work supply willingness. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey, followed by empirical analysis. The study explores the interrelationships between job suitability, employee competence, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and organizational flexible work supply willingness, aiming to clarify the mechanisms behind the formation of organizational flexible work supply. Based on the research findings, policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of flexible work in Chinese enterprises.
