Abstract: In the talent cultivation process of logistics engineering major at local universities, the integration of labor education and professional education is emphasized. This integration involves strengthening the supply of course content, establishing a rational curriculum system, exploring a systematic teaching approach that enhances both innovative entrepreneurship capabilities and practical training abilities of students throughout the entire process, effectively deepening the engineering application of practical and innovative abilities, and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
