Abstract:
The core of "Three Entries" work of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era has important significance for strengthening international communication capacity in China. The macro value guidance should be implemented into teaching practice, not only focusing on the level of knowledge input, but also on whether students can effectively identify and output it. To address the problem of separating language skills from ideological and cultural understanding in international Chinese language teaching, we apply the theory of “Output-Oriented Approach” (POA) and take “Three Entries” textbook “Understanding Contemporary China” as an example to promote foreign students’ understanding, identification, and output of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era from three aspects: output-driven, input-facilitated, and output-evaluated and effectively improve the teaching effect.
