Abstract:
Under the new economy represented by artificial intelligence, information technology and other new industries, enterprises and society have put forward new requirements for the talent supply of industrial engineering professionals. The paper gives 16 factors affecting the employability of industrial engineering professionals in the new economy, and constructs a topological hierarchy diagram with game relationship according to the adversarial explanation structure model, analyzing the connection between the influencing factors. The results show that: professional level construction, faculty level construction and cultivation program are fundamental influencing factors; mathematical modeling, intelligent optimization, computer simulation, database management, machine learning, experimental practice platform and learning initiative are indirect influencing factors; production management, facility planning, quality management, site management, interpersonal skills and practical participation are direct influencing factors. Based on the factor hierarchy and the relationship between the hierarchies, suggestions for optimizing the talent cultivation system of industrial engineering majors are given to provide reference for improving the ability of industrial engineering students in the new economy.
