新经济下工业工程专业人才就业能力影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Employability of Industrial Engineering Professionals in the New Economy

  • 摘要: 在人工智能、信息技术等新业态为代表的新经济下,企业及社会对工业工程专业人才的人才供给提出了新要求。论文给出了新经济中影响工业工程专业人才就业能力的16个因素,并根据对抗解释结构模型构建了具有博弈关系的拓扑层级图,分析了各影响因素之间的联系。结果表明:专业水平建设、师资水平建设、培养方案为根本影响因素;数学建模、智能优化、计算机仿真、数据库管理、机器学习、实验实践平台、学习主动性为间接影响因素;生产管理、设施规划、质量管理、现场管理、人际交往能力、实践参与度为直接影响因素。依据因素层级及层级间关系,给出了优化工业工程专业人才培养体系的建议。

     

    Abstract: Under the new economy represented by artificial intelligence, information technology and other new industries, enterprises and society have put forward new requirements for the talent supply of industrial engineering professionals. The paper gives 16 factors affecting the employability of industrial engineering professionals in the new economy, and constructs a topological hierarchy diagram with game relationship according to the adversarial explanation structure model, analyzing the connection between the influencing factors. The results show that: professional level construction, faculty level construction and cultivation program are fundamental influencing factors; mathematical modeling, intelligent optimization, computer simulation, database management, machine learning, experimental practice platform and learning initiative are indirect influencing factors; production management, facility planning, quality management, site management, interpersonal skills and practical participation are direct influencing factors. Based on the factor hierarchy and the relationship between the hierarchies, suggestions for optimizing the talent cultivation system of industrial engineering majors are given to provide reference for improving the ability of industrial engineering students in the new economy.
