Abstract:
This study focuses on the issue of learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system, and takes students from the Business School of Anhui University of Technology as the research object to measure and analyze the influencing factors of learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system. Research has shown that the current participation of undergraduate students in supervised learning is not high, and the factors that constrain the learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system include students' curriculum learning experience, mentor guidance process, and teacher-student interaction situation. Among them, students' future academic planning , mentor guidance level, and students' initiative in teacher-student communication process have a positive impact on different dimensions of learning engagement. this article believes that the undergraduate tutorial system can be improved by stimulating learning motivation, improving guidance level, and innovating the dual choice mechanism.
