本科生导师制下学生学习参与度的影响因素与提升策略

Research on the Influencing Factors and Improving Strategies of Learning Engagement in Undergraduate Tutorial System

  • 摘要: 以安徽工业大学商学院学生为调研对象,对本科生导师制学生学习参与度进行测度分析并开展影响因素实证检验。研究表明,当前本科生导师制学生学习参与度并不高,而影响导师制学生学习参与度的因素包括学生的课程学习经历、导师指导过程以及师生互动情境,其中学生的未来学业规划、导师的指导水平、师生交流过程中学生的主动性对于不同维度的学习参与度具有积极的影响作用。因此,可以通过激发学习动机、提升指导水平、创新双选机制等方面完善本科生导师制。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on the issue of learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system, and takes students from the Business School of Anhui University of Technology as the research object to measure and analyze the influencing factors of learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system. Research has shown that the current participation of undergraduate students in supervised learning is not high, and the factors that constrain the learning engagement in the undergraduate tutorial system include students' curriculum learning experience, mentor guidance process, and teacher-student interaction situation. Among them, students' future academic planning , mentor guidance level, and students' initiative in teacher-student communication process have a positive impact on different dimensions of learning engagement. this article believes that the undergraduate tutorial system can be improved by stimulating learning motivation, improving guidance level, and innovating the dual choice mechanism.
