Abstract: In the age of informationization, the sharing of information resources is receiving more and more attention, and the protection of intellectual property rights has become an issue of growing concern. At the present stage when the degree of informatization is continuously strengthened, the protection of intellectual property rights also continues to be strengthened, and the space for public interest is squeezed accordingly, which leads to the conflict between the sharing of information resources and the protection of intellectual property rights. We should focus on the coordinated development of the two, actively analyze the relationship between the two, find the point of balance, and respect the rights and interests of intellectual property rights holders while enhancing the degree of information resource sharing, so as to promote the common development of information resource sharing and intellectual property protection.
