Abstract:
Under the Background of Engineering Certification, this research endeavors to establish a paradigm for integrating ideological and moral education into the pedagogical system through the lens of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy, focusing on the foundational, cross-disciplinary course of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics. The study delves into the educative elements embedded within the course’s subject matter and investigates the practical approaches to realizing the incorporation of curriculum-based ideological and political education. Additionally, it formulates corresponding assessment criteria to fashion a novel classroom model that epitomizes the “Holistic Education for All Phases” principle, thereby fostering talent development comprehensively.
