Abstract: The focusing of network public opinion on education and publicity resources has weakened the guiding power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, fragmented thinking and fragmented communication have impacted the integrity of ideological and political education, and the seriousness of ideological and political education has been dissolved by the content and expression of general entertainment. In order to reduce the impact of network public opinion out of focus on ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should adhere to the problem-oriented approach, enhance the network leading power of ideological and political education by breaking down and establishing simultaneously, optimize discourse expression to build a discourse community of ideological and political education, and give full play to the synergy of educating people in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
