本科生导师制实施现状分析与对策探讨

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Discussion on the Implementation of Undergraduate Student Tutoring System

  • 摘要: 部分高校实行本科生导师制,使得学生的专业认同度及学习兴趣有了提高,学生学习成绩明显提升。高校应进一步明晰导师的职责定位,明确学生的义务,并在教师评价机制上体现出本科生导师制在指导上的实际贡献,提升导师指导积极性,提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The implementation of undergraduate student tutoring systems in some universities has led to increased professional identity and learning interest among students, resulting in significant improvement in their academic performance. It is suggested that universities further clarify the responsibilities of tutors, define students’ obligations, and incorporate the actual contributions of undergraduate student tutoring systems into teacher evaluation mechanisms to enhance the enthusiasm of tutors and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
