Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of the Introduction to Steel Metallurgy course and the educational objectives for its students, this study implements several reform measures, including multi-module collaborative teaching by domain experts, synchronous revision of textbooks and course contents, establishment of an online teaching supervision mechanism, and enhancement of a formative evaluation system for the course. These reforms have successfully improved the quality and efficiency of online instruction for the Introduction to Steel Metallurgy course. The practical effects of these measures hold significant implications for expediting the development of specialized undergraduate courses and promoting the advancement of undergraduate education in this field.
