“赛研教融合”的大学生工程技术创新能力培养探究

Exploration of Cultivating Engineering and Technological Innovation Ability of College Students through the Integration of Research, Competition and Education

  • 摘要: 围绕新工科提出的创新能力培养目标,充分发挥科技竞赛和科研项目这类特殊教学资源优势,构建以“竞赛+科研项目”为载体的工程技术创新能力培养模式,并通过“高低搭配,形成团队”“学科交叉,技术融合”“建指导教师团队,提升指导水平”等措施,学生的工程技术创新能力有了一定的提升。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the innovative capability cultivation goals proposed by the new engineering disciplines, utilizing the advantages of special teaching resources such as science and technology competitions and research projects, constructing an engineering and technological innovation ability cultivation model based on the “competition + research project” and implementing measures such as “combining high and low, forming a team” “cross-disciplinary, technology integration” and “building a team of guiding teachers to enhance guidance levels” ,result in a certain improvement in students’ engineering and technological innovation abilities.
