新文科背景下大学生法治教育价值取向变革与对策以法治文化建设为视角

The Value Orientation Change of College Students’ Legal Education and Countermeasures for Teaching Reform under the Background of New Liberal ArtsBased on the Perspective of the Construction of Rule of Law Culture

  • 摘要: 新文科教育理念对大学生法治教育提出新要求。当前大学生法治教育实践中出现的问题集中体现在法治教育的价值取向上重视工具价值、轻视目的价值。其根源在于大学生法治教育的价值取向与法治文化不相契合。法治文化的内涵与法治教育相关联,大学生法治教育与法治文化建设在根本价值诉求上具有一致性。新文科背景下大学生法治教育必须变革传统的法治工具主义价值取向,在教学过程中注重法治文化的贯通和教学方式的重构,在调整课程设置、优化教学内容、创新教学方法和改革教学效果评价机制等方面做出相应的改革。

     

    Abstract: The new liberal arts education concept puts forward new requirements for legal education of college students. The current problems in the practice of legal education for college students are concentrated in the value orientation of legal education, which attaches importance to instrumental value and disregards the purpose value. The root cause is that the value orientation of the legal education of college students does not match with the rule of law culture. The connotation of the rule of law culture is related to the legal education, and the legal education of college students and the construction of rule of law culture are consistent in terms of fundamental value demands. Under the background of new liberal arts, the legal education of college students must change the traditional instrumentalist value orientation of rule of law, pay attention to the coherence of rule of law culture and the reconstruction of teaching methods in the teaching process, and make corresponding changes in the adjustment of curriculum, optimization of teaching contents, innovation of teaching methods and means and reform of teaching effect evaluation mechanism.
