Abstract:
College entrepreneurship mentors possess rich theoretical knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as a wealth of entrepreneurial resources in universities, but their entrepreneurial effects are not significant. Based on the research on the impact of factors such as entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial ability, and entrepreneurial resources of college entrepreneurship mentors on entrepreneurial effectiveness, relevant literature was consulted. From the perspectives of entrepreneurial atmosphere, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial resources, and policy support, a questionnaire survey was conducted to use quantitative analysis to study the factors that affect entrepreneurial effectiveness. Research has found that three factors, namely entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial resources, and entrepreneurial policies, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship.
