综合性高校艺术类教师评价研究

Research on Comprehensive University-Based Art Faculty Evaluation

  • 摘要: 我国部分综合性高校对艺术类教师的评价缺乏科学性,在评价导向、评价标准、评价内容上未能充分考虑艺术类学科的特点,阻碍了艺术类教师的发展。综合性高校艺术类教师评价应面向教师的未来发展,突出内涵评价,设定合理的评价指标和层次,并深化二级学院绩效管理。

     

    Abstract: In some comprehensive universities in China, the evaluation of art faculty lacks scientific rigor, with assessment orientations, criteria, and content failing to adequately consider the distinctive characteristics of art disciplines, thus impeding the professional development of art educators. A comprehensive university’s approach to evaluating art faculty should be forward-looking, emphasizing intrinsic evaluation, devising rational assessment indicators and hierarchical structures, and further enhancing performance management at the departmental level.
