面向铁路信创的软件测试人才培养方案探索

Research on Software Testing Talent in Railway Information Technology Application Innovation Program

  • 摘要: 随着我国信创产业的迅猛发展,铁路行业对信创软件测试人员的能力和素质提出了很高的要求。然而目前国内铁路信创领域的软件测试人才严重短缺,而且没有一套科学完整的人才培养体系做支撑。针对此背景,本文分析了铁路信创领域软件测试人才的培养定位与层次,依据相关行业标准提出铁路信创领域软件测试人才的培养方案和培养过程,以期提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s information technology application innovation program, the railway industry has set high demands for information technology application innovation software testing professionals’ capabilities and qualities. However, there is currently a severe shortage of software testing talents in the domestic railway information technology application innovation program, and there is no scientifically complete talent training system to support it. In light of this background, this article analyzes the positioning and levels of talent cultivation for software testing professionals in the railway information technology application innovation program. Based on relevant industry standards, it proposes a training program and specific training process for software testing professionals in the railway information technology application innovation program to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
