Abstract:
In the reform of sports club teaching in colleges and universities, the concept of “lifelong sports” that puts students’ all-round development at the core of the program is an ideal vision. However, its actual implementation is limited by many aspects, such as conceptual communication, limited resources, and insufficient teachers. In order to make up for the shortcomings of colleges and universities, it is recommended that universities should integrate social resources through school-local linkage, school-enterprise cooperation, resource sharing, etc., provide a variety of sports programs, carry out teacher training, establish an effective evaluation mechanism, and cultivate a positive campus culture. At the same time, it is necessary to improve resources allocation, supervision mechanism, long-term planning and sustainability to ensure the substantive implementation of the concept of “lifelong sports”, and make social resources become an important support for the construction and development of sports clubs in colleges and universities, so as to satisfy the needs of students’ all-round development.
