中国优秀女子击剑运动员体能训练中运动素质指标构建

Construction and Evaluation of Sports Quality Indicators of Chinese Elite Female in Physical Training

  • 摘要: 以备战东京奥运会的中国国家队女子击剑运动员作为实验对象,对女子击剑运动员体能训练的运动素质指标及体能特征进行研究,以建立中国女子击剑运动员运动素质的指标体系,更好地服务于训练实践。结果发现,击剑项目对核心力量、无氧耐力、动作和移动速度要求较高,花剑和重剑对有氧耐力要求较高,而佩剑对爆发力要求较高。经筛选运动素质指标构建为30米跑、400米跑、3000米跑、10次弓步后退、2-5-7米*2步伐折返、立位体前屈、躯干稳定性、30秒双飞跳绳、20次杠铃杆快挺和自行车峰值功率。

     

    Abstract: Taking the female fencers in the Chinese national team who are preparing for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games as the subjects, their physical quality index and physical characteristics are studied to establish the index system of Chinese female fencers’ sports quality, and to serve the training practice better. It is found that fencing requires higher core strength, anaerobic endurance, movement and moving speed, while foil and epee require higher aerobic endurance, while fencing requires higher explosive force. The indexes of sports quality were selected as 30 meters, 400 meters, 3000 meters, 10 times of lunge back, 2-5-7 meters * 2 times of step back, standing body forward bending, trunk stability, 30 seconds of double jump rope, 20 times of barbell bar fast rising and bicycle peak power.
