Abstract:
Based on global industrial chain, a safety evaluation index system for China’s high-tech industry is constructed from four embedded chains which are supply chain, spatial chain, value chain, and innovation chain. The safety of China’s high-tech industry from 2010 to 2020 is evaluated using AHP-entropy weight method. The results show that after 2012, the overall security of China’s high-tech industry has been improved, but in terms of the spatial chain score has decreased. In high-tech industries, the aerospace and equipment manufacturing industry has low scores in innovation and value chains, but good scores in spatial chains. We should be on guard against the declined scores in the space chain, of which the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is dependent on a few countries or regions. In view of the problems existing in China’s high-tech industry in the global industrial chain, we should further strengthen policy support, promote dual circulation, better domestic supply chain, encourage diversification strategy in import and export regions and defuse the risks of excessive centralization of the import and export.
