Abstract: For one hundred years, Communist Party of China lead Chinese people to fight against poverty, having gone through several historical periods such as revolution, construction, Reform and opening up, and new times. They not only made great achievement of anti-poverty that has attracted worldwide attention in human history, but also gained very valuable experience and enlightenment, forming a special plan to govern poverty with Chinese characteristic. They have solved the problem of absolute poverty that has plagued the Chinese people for thousands of years and contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese plan to the global poverty reduction.
