新时代中国特色社会主义心理健康教育的理论构想

Theoretical Conception of Mental Health Education of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

  • 摘要: 我国心理健康教育必须充分尊重本国国情,直面改革开放以来社会、经济和教育实践中出现的各种心理冲突与矛盾,立足本国国民心理和心理健康需要,以促进本国国民特别是广大在校生的心理健康发展为目标,研究探索创立新时代中国特色社会主义的心理健康教育理论体系,是“扎根中国办教育,体现中国特色”的必由之路。党中央、国务院颁布的一系列心理健康教育政策措施,为创立新时代中国特色社会主义心理健康理论体系提供了坚固的政策保障。心理健康教育不能“失魂落魄”,必须以思想价值引领为支撑。理想信念是心理健康教育的“精神之钙”,中国共产党人的精神谱系是心理健康教育取之不尽的“思政宝库”,防为本治为标的“治未病”理念是心理健康教育的重要原则。

     

    Abstract: Chinese mental health education must fully respect Chinese national conditions, face up to all kinds of psychological conflicts and contradictions in the social, economic and educational practices since the reform and opening up, and aim at promoting the mental health development of the students based on the national psychological and mental health needs. Researching, exploring and establishing the socialist theoretical system of mental health education with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the only way to run education by taking root in Chinese education and to reflect Chinese characteristics. A series of mental health education policies and measures promulgated by the Party Central Committee and the State Council have provided a solid policy guarantee for the establishment of the socialist mental health theoretical system with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Mental health education cannot “lose spirit” and must be supported by the guidance of ideological values. Ideals and beliefs are the “spiritual calcium” of mental health education. The spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists is the inexhaustible “ideological and political protection” of mental health education. The concept of “prevention being fundamental and treatment being strategic” is an important principle of mental health education.
