  • 摘要: 高校将科研成果转化为教学资源,有利于提高教育质量,培养创新人才。在将科研成果转化为教学资源的过程中,存在认识不足、转化不力、机制不畅等问题。高校应通过建设高水平教学团队、完善转化体系、优化评估机制等,有效实现科研成果向教学资源的转化,推动科研与教学的良性互动。

     

    Abstract: Universities can transform scientific research achievements into teaching resources, which is conducive to improving the quality of education and cultivating innovative talents. In the process of transforming scientific research achievements into teaching resources, there are problems such as insufficient understanding, ineffective transformation, and unsmooth mechanisms. Universities should effectively transform scientific research achievements into teaching resources and promote a positive interaction between scientific research and teaching by building high-level teaching teams, improving transformation systems, and optimizing evaluation mechanisms.
