Abstract:
The legalization of personnel management work in universities is a proposition derived from the implementation and expansion of university autonomy. Under the background of accelerating the connotative and high-quality development of higher education, the development of the rule of law in personnel work in colleges and universities should be further promoted from the aspects of deepening concepts, system construction, and mechanism improvement, in accordance with the guidance of “giving play to the important role of the rule of law in solidifying the foundation, stabilizing expectations, and benefiting the long term”, conforming to the development situation of personnel work in colleges and universities and clarifying the legal risks of personnel work.
