Abstract: The exploration of Marine fisheries in Europe began very early. A good profit in this field attracts more and more fisheries, either kinds of fishes or amount of a single fish, and to promote to find new fishery areas. Since entering the industrial age, with the development of science and technology, human beings’ ability to exploit Marine resources has been strengthened constantly, which trigger three Marine fishery revolutions and made Marine fishery realize the preliminary modernization. However, the signs of the decline of traditional economic fishery resources have followed, and the Marine ecology has been seriously damaged. In this regard, European countries have taken a series of rescue measures from “reducing expenditure” to “open source”. Marine ecological conservation has become an important part of fishery management.
