数字化转型下“双线”教学高质量发展研究

  • 摘要: 数字化转型是教学高质量发展的根本保障和核心动力。在数字化转型下线上线下教学空间得以拓展、内容得以丰富、过程差异化明显、管理更为精细、考核更为全面化、评估更为多样化、评价更为满意、反思与总结在不断进行,但仍存在教学环境难以适应数字化教学要求、教师数字综合素养仍缺乏、数字化教学资源供需不匹配、教学模式对数字化教学目标支撑不足、教学评价管理与数字化管理不一致等障碍。可通过打造智慧教学环境,提升师生数字素养,创新教学数字应用,以数字治理为手段提升教学管理与评价等促进数字化转型下教学高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: The integration of digitization is the fundamental guarantee and core driving force for the high-quality development of teaching. Under digital transformation, the “dual line” teaching space is expanded, the content is enriched, process differentiation is obvious, the management is more refined, the assessment is more comprehensive, the evaluation is more diverse, the evaluation is more satisfactory, and reflection and summary are constantly carried out. However, there are still some difficulties to adapt to the requirements of digital teaching, teachers still lack digital comprehensive literacy, and the mismatch between the supply and demand of digital teaching resources. The teaching mode lacks support for digital teaching objectives, and there are obstacles such as inconsistency between teaching evaluation management and digital management. Therefore, the optimization path for high-quality development of teaching under digital transformation can be achieved by creating a smart teaching environment, enhancing the digital literacy of teachers and students, innovating teaching digital applications, and using digital governance as a means to enhance teaching management and evaluation.
