基于期望理论的“00后”大学生学风建设新路径探究

Exploring a New Path for the Construction of Academic Atmosphere among post-2000 College Students Based on Expectancy Theory

  • 摘要: “00后”大学生是高校学生的主力军,他们追求自我、个性突出,但独立能力、自主学习能力较差。高校应引导学生科学设定期望目标,构建学风建设新机制,激励大学生增强信心,提高学风建设成效。

     

    Abstract: Post-2000 college students are the main force of college students, who are self-pursuit and with strong personalities, but have poor independent and self-directed learning abilities. Universities should guide students to scientifically set expected goals, establish new mechanisms for academic atmosphere construction, inspire college students to enhance their confidence, and improve the effectiveness of academic atmosphere construction.
