提升大学生心理健康水平的干预研究:基于小组工作

Research on Interventions to Improve Mental Health of University Students: Based on Group Work

  • 摘要: 为提升大学生心理健康水平,以《90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)》为前后测量表,运用SPSS 26对前后测心理健康水平数据进行相关性分析,结果显示:干预前后心理健康水平存在显著性差异。高校应将小组工作充分应用于大学生心理健康教育工作。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the mental health level of college students, this study took The 90 Symptoms Self-rating Scale (SCL-90) as the pre- and post-measurement table, and applied SPSS 26 to analyze the correlation of the pre- and post-test mentalhealth level data, and the results showed that there were significant differences in mental health level before and after intervention. The application of the intervention mode of group work in ideological and political work should be promoted in colleges and universities.
