Abstract: Combined with the investment and financing practice of Anhui cultural media industry, this paper uses the coordinate method SWOT analysis method to analyze and reflect on the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the investment and financing of Anhui cultural media industry, and systematically integrates its impact intensity. The overall situation of the investment and financing system construction of Anhui cultural media industry is as follows: the investment and financing system in the field of culture and media in Anhui has taken shape, the growth is accelerating, and the comparative advantage is being established. But there exist problems such as absence of policies, single channels, weak innovation, and poor environment, and the potential energy to promote the development of Anhui’s cultural media field needs to be deepened. Therefore, we should pay equal attention to both the system and mechanism, give consideration to the key breakthrough and the overall force, and establish comprehensive advantages.
