Abstract: This article focuses on elaborating the overall solution for hospitals to conduct refined material management by leveraging digital and intelligent technologies. The solution involves establishing a collaborative logistics management mechanism with suppliers and a three-level material warehouse system, as well as strengthening the management of specialized materials in outpatient departments. This approach enhances the monitoring of the logistics process, quality supervision, and cost control, and establishes a full-chain traceability management system, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the hospital.
