新文科语境下大学英语教师课程思政教学能力构建的实践探索

Practical Research on the Construction of College English Teachers’ Competence in Curricula of Integrated Ideology and Politics in the Context of New Liberal Arts

  • 摘要: 新文科建设要求大学英语教师构建课程思政教学能力,以实现语言教学和思政育人教学目标的有机融合。大学英语教师课程思政教学能力是中国意识、话语意识、技术意识和对话意识的整合。根据教师能力框架的相关理论,建构大学英语教师课程思政教学能力框架和实施体系。教师在课前需以中国意识为中心,研判思政元素;在授课过程中以话语意识为核心,融合思政元素;在课后需借助于技术赋能,增强育人意识;在评价过程中培养对话意识,构建跨界交流,真正实现全面育人的思政教学能力。

     

    Abstract: The construction of the new liberal arts requires college English teachers to build their competence in curricula of integrated ideology and politics in order to realize the integration of language teaching and values guidance. College English teachers’ competence in curricula of integrated ideology and politics is the integration of Chinese consciousness, discourse consciousness, technical consciousness, and dialogue consciousness. Based on the relevant theories of the teacher competence framework, this paper attempts to come up with the framework for college English teachers’ competence in curricula of integrated ideology and politics, which guides the implementing ideological-political education in college English course. Namely, teachers should focus on Chinese consciousness before class, carefully analyze ideological and political elements, refine discourse consciousness as the core in the teaching process, so as to integrate ideological and political elements, rely on technological empowerment after class, enhance the awareness of education, cultivate dialogue awareness in the evaluation process, and build intercultural communication. Only with framework can college English teachers acquire comprehensive ideological and political teaching competence.
