Abstract:
Under the background of the new era, the construction of ideological and political education in professional courses in engineering colleges is of great significance. Currently, there are problems such as insufficient ideological and political awareness and ability of teachers, poor integration of ideological and political elements, single teaching methods and means, and unscientific assessment and evaluation in the construction of ideological and political education in professional courses in engineering colleges. Therefore, strategies such as enhancing teachers’ political stance and ideological and political teaching ability, reconstructing the teaching objectives of courses, and integrating ideological and political education into the teaching syllabus can be adopted. At the same time, teaching models, methods and means should be improved, and a diversified dual evaluation system combining process and result should be established to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of ideological and political education in courses.
