Abstract: The core issue of graduate education is to comprehensively improve the quality of graduate training, and a good management and service model is the prerequisite for quality improvement. At present, there is a certain degree of disconnect between the training and management of master’s students. Secondary schools of universities can strengthen the effective integration of master’s student training and management by setting up management positions, establishing a supervisor responsibility system, leveraging the role of party branches, and innovating self-management models for graduate students. They can establish a management service model that involves the entire process of graduate student training, and comprehensively improve the quality of graduate student training.
