Abstract:
The English major of Anhui University of Technology has been in operation for 40 years. On the basis of the construction of provincial first-class major, it has continued to innovate and forge ahead. Based on the student questionnaire survey, the effectiveness of the construction of first-class English majors is mainly reflected in the curriculum design and professional training specifications. It is, however, worth further reflection and improvement in terms of stimulating students’ learning motivation, optimizing learning strategies, and deepening teaching reform.
