Abstract: Secondary refining is a compulsory course for students majoring in metallurgical engineering and steel metallurgy. Teachers optimize the course content in teaching to highlight the teaching focus. By fully utilizing the simulation teaching platform, students' understanding and mastery of the course have been strengthened, the assessment methods have been optimized, students' learning enthusiasm has been improved, and the teaching effectiveness of has been enhanced.
