改革与坚守:生成式人工智能时代下的法学教育

Reform and Persistence: Legal Education in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence

  • 摘要: 生成式人工智能时代下的法学教育应在积极探索改革中坚守教育的优秀品格。人工智能的高速发展既冲击传统法学教育也带来改革的内驱力,单一教学模式开始消解,本体风险威胁教学内容稳定性,技术滥用消弭学生思维原创性,职业可替代性动摇人才培养目标和方法。为此,法学教育需利用人工智能技术创新教学模式,多维学科融合,提升社群效应,开放课程互认,建构“双教师”模式重塑教学评价机制。积极改革中仍应继续坚守法学教育的育人性、道德性和主体面向性,在拥抱科技发展的同时注重传承传统文化,以期推进法学教育长足发展。

     

    Abstract: In the era of generative artificial intelligence, legal education should adhere to the excellent character of education while actively exploring reform. The rapid development of AIGC not only impacts the traditional legal education, but also brings the internal drive for reform. The single teaching model begins to collapse, ontology risk threatens the stability of teaching content, technology abuse reduces the originality of students’ thinking, and professional replacement shakes the goal and method of talent training. Therefore, legal education needs to use artificial intelligence technology to innovate teaching mode, multi-disciplinary integration, enhance community effect, open course mutual recognition, and construct a dual teacher model to reshape teaching evaluation mechanism. In the active reform of legal education, we should continue to adhere to the education of humanity, morality and subject orientation, and pay attention to the inheritance of traditional culture while embracing the development of science and technology, so as to promote the rapid development of legal education.
