体教融合背景下高校体育课程建设研究

Research on the Construction of Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

  • 摘要: 针对高校体育课程存在的学生参与度低、课程形式单一等问题,本研究基于体教融合的教育理念,提出在高等学校需重视大学生专业文化课程学习和体育运动锻炼的协调发展,引导学生树立“健康第一”意识,通过建设多元化的高校体育课程体系提升大学生体育锻炼的参与度与运动体验。为此,提出课程建设建议:提升教师课程建设能力;制定创新性教学规划;优化教学过程设计;丰富课外活动开展;开发特色课程类型;完善学生学习过程评价机制。

     

    Abstract: In response to issues such as low student engagement and a lack of diversity in course formats in college physical education (PE), this study, based on the educational concept of sports-education integration, proposes that higher education institutions should emphasize the balanced development of students’ academic studies and physical exercise. It aims to guide students in adopting a “health-first” mindset and enhance their participation and experience in physical activities by building a diversified college PE curriculum system. To achieve this, the study offers the following recommendations for curriculum development: enhancing teachers’ capacity for curriculum design; formulate innovative teaching plans; optimize instructional process design; enrich extracurricular activities; develop specialized course types; and improve the evaluation mechanism for students’ learning progress.
