Abstract: Education is a decisive cause for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and it is essential to deeply interpret the spirit of educators to promote the development of education. From the perspective of its origin, the spirit of educators is based on the Marxist educational concept as the theoretical cornerstone, the traditional Chinese teacher culture as the spiritual foundation, and the Party’s century long educational practice as the practical perspective.
