Abstract:
Artificial intelligence, with its powerful data processing and analysis capabilities, better understand data and mine the information behind the data, providing more accurate support for decision makers. However, there are a series of risks in the judicial application of artificial intelligence:AI algorithms challenges traditional procedural justice, the excessive dependence of procuratorial organs on artificial intelligence loses subjectivity, and the conflict between the openness of digital procuratorial affairs digital security. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the theory of "technical procedural justice" to eliminate bias, establish the position and responsibility identification mechanism of artificial intelligence assistance, and the classification and grading mechanism of artificial intelligence data security, so as to better promote the realization of digital justice.
