“枫桥经验”视域下熟人社会矛盾化解协同机制研究

Research on the Synergistic Mechanism for Resolving Conflicts in Acquaintance Societies from the Perspective of the “Fengqiao Experience”

  • 摘要: “枫桥经验”的工作原则是“发动和依靠群众,坚持矛盾不上交,就地解决”,其所蕴含的精神内核对于调整现有矛盾化解机制有重要价值。随着社会结构发生改变,现有的矛盾化解模式难以满足现实之需。从熟人社会的运行规律来看,矛盾化解机制需遵循其特有的内在要求。熟人社会矛盾的形成有其深层次的原因,其化解机制也涵盖多元要素:不仅包括基层组织发挥的关键作用,还涉及群众参与的多种方式,以及情感沟通和信任重建。这些元素既是化解矛盾的内在要求,也是维系熟人社会关系网络的基础,其有效整合有利于构建一个适应熟人社会的矛盾化解机制,在此基础上亦能够促进社会的良性发展。

     

    Abstract: The working principle of the “Fengqiao Experience” is “relying on the masses, not escalating conflicts, and resolving them locally”, and the spirit it embodies has significant value for adjusting the current conflict resolution mechanisms. With the transformation of social structures, the existing conflict resolution models are increasingly unable to meet the demands of reality. From the perspective of the operational rules of acquaintance societies, the conflict resolution mechanism must adhere to its unique internal requirements. The formation of conflicts in acquaintance societies has deep-seated causes, and their resolution mechanisms encompass multiple elements: not only the crucial role played by grassroots organizations but also various forms of public participation, as well as emotional communication and trust rebuilding. These elements are not only the intrinsic requirements for resolving conflicts but also the foundation for maintaining the social relationship networks in acquaintance societies. Their effective integration is conducive to the establishment of a conflict resolution mechanism suitable for acquaintance societies, and on this basis, it can also promote the healthy development of society.
