Exploration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education for Master of Engineering Management

  • 摘要: 在工程管理硕士专业学位研究生专业课程教学过程中构建“理想信念、专业素养、工程责任、工匠精神、工程伦理”五位一体的专业核心能力体系,并融合课程思政元素,建立“专业核心能力-课程思政要素”耦合共生的工程管理课程思政育人模式,从人才培养目标重构、专业核心课程体系重塑、课程思政要素库建立、专业课程评价模式改进等维度构建工程管理全过程课程思政方案,从而提高工程管理专业硕士人才质量,培养适应社会需求、具有创新能力的工程管理人才。

     

    Abstract: During the teaching process of the professional courses for master’s degree students in engineering management, a five-element integrated professional core competence system of “ideals and beliefs, professional quality, engineering responsibility, craftsmanship spirit, and engineering ethics” is constructed. Meanwhile, elements of course ideological education are integrated to establish an engineering management master’s course ideological education model that is coupled with “professional core competence - course ideological elements”. From dimensions such as the reconstruction of talent cultivation goals, the reshaping of professional core course systems, the establishment of a course ideological element database, and the improvement of professional course evaluation models, a complete course ideological education plan for master’s degree students in engineering management is constructed. This aims to enhance the quality of engineering management master’s degree students, and cultivate them into engineering management talents who can meet the needs of society and have innovation capabilities.
